  • Am I taxed on my orders?

    Tax is calculated and included into the total shown at checkout.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, prior to the shipment. Once the order has shipped it can no longer be canceled. At that point we would have to process a return (please see return policy for details).

  • Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?

    All orders purchased with Outpost Construction Supply may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for a 20% restock fee and the return shipment back to Outpost CS.

  • For returns, how long do credits take?

    Credits will be issued within 5-7 days of the approved return.

  • How are shipping charges calculated?

    Please see shipping policy.

  • How can I track my orders and payment?

    Customer will be able to login to their account to access tracking and payment information. Customer will also receive an email with tracking information once it ships.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

  • What form of payments are accepted?

    Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted.
