Outpost Construction Supply is a family-owned business providing a wide variety of construction supplies to contractors in the commercial, infrastructure and multi-family development business. We focus on personal, on-site relationships that help us identify, stock and deliver materials whenever needed on a planned or “just in time” basis.
We are a small team but have decades of experience in the industry and our recipe for success is proven and documented. We are a family-owned business and intend to grow through the strength of the team we build, our customer relationships and our ability to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.
We are looking to add a Product Delivery Specialist to our team.
The job:
-Be Active. Your day is predicated on your ability to work efficiently and without micro-management while meeting our customers' needs by getting them the material they need, in a timely manner.
-Build relationships. Build relationships that help us become the first choice for the lines we carry. A Product Delivery Specialist is more than a driver to Outpost. You will interface regularly with our customers, and cultivate relationships with customers while delivering product.

-Self-motivation and management. You are able to remain successful and productive while adapting to fluidity within a day when necessary.

-Accuracy and reliability. We don't make promises we can't keep. The Product Delivery Specialist is an integral part of getting requested material to a job site on a specific timeline.

-Quality training. We’re looking for self-motivated people, but you will not be expected to excel without proper training and an A+ team around you to provide support.
-Great compensation. A starting salary of $35,000. At 90 days employment, you will have the opportunity to receive health benefits and two weeks paid vacation (pro-rated based off start date). We also provide a cell phone allowance of $40/month.
